Providing proper tools during the operations and preparing tally.4. Installation and function test of BOP. · Selection of drilling spool.· Operating function and pressure testing of all bop rams · Working on Kelly cock (upper /lower) after each round trip.5. Maintaince of kick control unit and all accessories involved.6. Establishing a proper communication between mud engineer and drilling crew to control all mud parameters.7. Proper maintaince of mud gas separator, vacuum degasser, kill manifold, choke manifold are done.8. Conducting bop drills and other safety drills.. 9. Record graph sheet to be fitted and adjustment to be done as soon the gang is changed. Worked on reciprocating pumps and centrifugal pumps.12. Maintaince of caterpillar engine D398b model that is twelve cylinder V-engine.
