PLANT DETAILS:
Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) has set up this granular urea fertilizer project of 5,61,000 metric ton per year capacity utilizing the world’s latest and advanced technology. This plant utilizes the Haldor Topsoe for production of Ammonia, Snam Progetti for production of urea and Hydro Agri process for production of urea granules. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), Japan, had been selected the successful bidder and was responsible for design, construction, erection and commissioning of this plant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Keeping liaison with the section in charge regarding internal administrative and technical matters.
• Running, shutdown, and overhauling repairing & maintenance of all types of Valves and valve related jobs.
• Preparation of spare parts list to assist the related procurement job and quality check of spare parts.
• Preparing work schedule
