CLIENT : FLOUR CONSORTIUM - Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
v Implementation of Quality Procedure ITP, WPS etc, Material Identification, Verification of Material Test Reports, Visual Inspection, arrangements for NDT as per the projects requirements, Interpretation of radiographs, Raising RFI for joint site inspection with FLOUR.

v Welding of carbon steel, Alloy steel, stainless steel, and Nickel Alloys
v Prepare daily weld reports for production progress. Witnessing / inspection of material, fit up, and welder’s qualification test. Welder performance monitoring and course correction based on RT reports.

v Maintaining record of welder qualification, calibration of welding machine and electrode ovens.

v Field inspection, study coating & insulation schedule given by head of the department.

v Reporting site progress to project management.

v Coordinating with external inspection agency as per requirement in site. Conducting MPT & LPT as per procedure, Witnessing of valve test (body and seat test).

v Preparation of Test package with as built drawings and final documentation.

v Witnessing of hydro test for the completed piping. Final sign off for packages.

v Minutes of the meeting listen with chief quality controller.
