A qualified and experienced senior Tech. in INSTRUMENT &CONTROL discipline ,Daily preventive and corrective maintenance ,dealing with the installed pneumatic and electric instruments. Working for Al Furat Petroleum Company(AFPC)

CAREER HISTORY:

-Mar2006 till present date working as a member of the CPF group :
-Instrument maintenance of central production facility ,six oil & gas gathering stations ,water treatment plant ,water injection pumps , water lift station ,and Reciprocating and centrifugal gas compressors. Covering the complete range of field instrumentation(Pneumatic& Electric) troubleshooting ,repair ,calibration ,and modification. Carrying out maintenance to effectively minimize unplanned plant downtime, adhering to (SHELL) safety standards and liaising with other departments for the trouble free operation .Dealing with :
1-Various types of oil and gas instrument companies :Such as; (Foxboro, Fisher ,Masoneilan , ABB ,Moore, Rosemount , Magnetrol, Taylor, ITT, Gulde, SOR, Micro Motion, Haliburton & oil gear net oil analyzers ,TX's, …,etc).
2-Vibration System: including installation, calibration and troubleshooting of probes ,proximiters & Vibration monitors (Bentley Nevada 3300 / 3500 series).
3-Fire and Gas System: function check and periodic maintenance(optical, Ionization, UV & fusible loop) .

-Jan2006 till Mar2006 working as a member of EIT (equipment improvement team ) :I represented the instrument department in this team and was responsible for checking the instruments mounted on the equipments to be (recalibrated ,replaced ,cleaned ,….,etc) during the overall maintenance period .
-9-Jul2005 till Jan2006 Dealing with water injection pumps actuated by a caterpillar engines and my responsibility is to do :The Calibration, Configuration & troubleshooting various instrumentations related to these pumps and engines by reading p&ID ,plot , &ladder diagrams .Give ideas &do modifications once needed.

-17-Aug2003 started working for (AFPC) :
Following up AFPC improvement plan , we as a GROUP I completed:(from beginning to end courses ):
1) 17-Aug2003 till 17-Jan2004 English course: Depending on HEADWAY series.
2)17-Jan2004 till 8-Apr2004 Basic Science Courses :Different courses such as (Plant Equipment System ,Math ,Basic Physics ,Process Chemistry ,Basics of Electricity ,Technical English ,….,etc).
3)8-Apr2004 till 10-Oct2004 Instrumentation Technical Courses.
4)10-Oct2004 till 9-Jul2005 On the job training
-Nov-2001 till Aug-2003 worked for a contractor.

CONCISE COMMENT :

Dealing with instrumentation is my-choice profession .Therefore ,I am working diligently to improve my skills and knowledge ;thus ,to prove my abilities and introduce my self as a worthy to be a member of a respectful company ready to fulfill any challenging task once assigned to me .
