Project Engineer, 2005 – Present

Project design and detailed safety system engineering for Oil, Gas and Sulphur plant of AGIP KCO, Kazakhstan project and RASLAFFAN LNG, Qatar. Developed logics for Emergency shutdown, Burner management system and Fire and Gas systems of the project. Lead the team in conducting Factory Acceptance Test at Crawley, United Kingdom with AGIP, Petrofac and Bateman. Knowledged in Foxboro DCS and graphics, Matrikon OPC.

On Deputation from 2007 to till date in UK for conducting FAT with AGIP.

Conducted the site acceptance test as a customer representative for the control system of $275M Tirupur water Supply and Sewerage project. Involved in the Commissioning activities of ABB drives, Forbes Marshall Vibration monitoring system, Control valves, Flow meters and Field instruments. Responsible for Maintenance of the Instrumentation and control systems of the plant. Exposure in Invensys Wonderware SCADA, RTU 20, Siemens PLC and GE Fanuc. Inventory control and spares management. Planning, Implementing and follow up of preventive maintenance to reduce the shutdown time of the plant.
