Duties

-Make the required preventative maintenance schedule of the pumps and steam turbines and enter it in the CMMS.
-Planning execution and follow up of the daily maintenance operations.
-Requisition of all material and spare parts and make sure of the material and spare parts required are available to ensure the efficiency of the work preformed without any delay.
-Daily coordination with AMCO maintenance sector to guarantee the integration of the required maintenanace work and the availability of all the elements for a successful performance (materials, work orders, relevant work permits hot / cold..etc.).
-Ensure that all the preventative work orders issued through the CMMS are preformed.
-Performing the required corrective maintenance and overhauls for the site vertical and horizontal pumps (I.D.P, SULZER, K.S.P, MILTON ROY, SUNSTRAND, GOULDS, FLOW SERVE)
-Performing maintenance overhauls for the pump mechanical seals ( John Crane and BURGMANN)
-Performing maintenance overhauls for the site steam turbines up to 300 KW.
-Prepare monthly reports of all the tasks carried out highlighting the major and critical tasks preformed.
- Aware of API 610,682

2004 till 2006 Power House

Duties
-Maintenance .trouble shotting and operating the power generators for many types like CAT models 3306,3406,3456,3412 and 3508, Volvo, Perkins and deutz .
-Evaluating and ordering the required spare parts for the maintaned equepment.
-Performing top and complete overhauls for the CAT gensets.
-Site Engineer in (PETROBEL) oil company in Abou Radias _ FERRAN TERRMINAL_ to
1.Install ,operate and maintain two centrifugal pumps driven by two CAT 3412 diesel drivers.
2.Evaluate and report the equement performance and perform the preventive and requeried corrective manintance.
-Site Engineer in SCIMITAR Oil Company in RAS GARAB_RED SEA_ to
1.Operate and maintain the company CAT Gensets models 3306, 3406, 3456 and 3412.
2.Ordering the required spare pars
3.Evaluate and report the equement performance and perform the preventive and requeried corrective manintance.
4.Participated on installing two new synchronisation panels.
