QA/QC Inspector Painting & Coating / Civil

• Responsible for Quality Control inspection and proper documentation of all the Abrasive Blasting and Painting work inspection for various Saudi Aramco’s Projects contracted by the company. The QC Inspection covering Abrasive Blasting and Painting works for pipe spools and structural steels for access platform and miscellaneous steel supports in accordance with applicable industry code practices and Client’s Standard/Procedures
• Responsible for Quality Control Inspection/Supervision of all type of RCC work,, Form work, Brick/Block work, Plastering, Plumbing, Painting work, and other finishing work. Supervision of Asphalt and concrete pavement & different type of scaffolding work. Inspection/Supervision of construction of heavy equipment foundations such as drums foundation, pumps foundation, vessels, exchangers, other structural, building foundations and raft and spread footings. Electrical & communication duct bank & related manholes for ground facilities and utilities purpose. Inspection/Supervision of excavation for building & structural foundations, piping, electrical trenches, sand bedding, back filling and compaction, and submitted final result to the main client and co-ordinate with them. Preparation of bar bending schedule progress report. Calculation of materials and bill of quantities coordinating with clients and consultants representative such as Q.C. Inspector, Safety Officer etc. Coordination with architect, R.C.C. consultant and with flat & shop owners.
• Responsible for preparation and submitting Inspection & Progress reports

2. Diploma in Civil Engineering. with specialization in Advanced Construction Technology from Government Polytechnic Kanpur India in 1988. (Three Year Diploma)

FAFCO’s In-house training on closed awareness & understanding of International Standard and Industrial Codes As UBC/IBC, ACI, ASTM ,ASCE PIP, NACE, NFPA, & Saudi Aramco Standards (as SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, SAIP, and SAGI etc). Training for Implementation of Project Quality Plan and Inspection Assignment Packages.
