Process Engineer

Process Engineer in the Refinery, and Engineering company.

Process engineer with 16 years of experience in process engineering, design and plant operation. Involved in conceptualization, basic and detail engineering. Work experience evolved in Onshore Oil and Gas Industry, Refinery, Petrochemical.

• Process Engineering
o Knowledgeable in application of Design and Engineering principles (API,UOP, Fluor Daniel ,SK engineering standard etc.)
o Knowledgeable in Process Simulation (HYSYS & SIMSCI)
o Knowledgeable in PFD/PFS, P&ID, UFD and heat and material balance, relief system development.

o Knowledgeable in project proposal and scope of work preparation.
o Knowledgeable in man-hour estimate and resource planning.

o With over four (5) years of supervisory experience handling engineers and technicians.
• Process Operation and Maintenance
o Knowledgeable in operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of Aromatics (Reformer, Para xylene, Cyclohexane plant) and FCC plant, offshore/onshore facilities, equipment like separators, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, pumps, reactors, distillation towers, boilers, chillers, cooling tower, scraped film dryer.
• Commissioning and Start-Up
o Has exposure in revamp construction, start-up and commissioning including catalyst loading and regeneration etc
• Computer Application and Software
o With various knowledge in computer software application like HYSYS, SIMSCI, InstruCalc and other engineering calculation tools
o With exposure in using Microsoft package. (Word process, Excel, power point)
o With exposure in using DCS configuration package like Yokokawa Centum system
