Co-ordinate and assist in the activities to ensure the Well program is implemented in a professional and safe manner to the satisfaction of the client
Maintaining Logs and Records of all preventive Maintenance and Repairs carried out on Drilling Equipment.
Maintaining Records of Material
Maintaining adequate stock of essential Drilling and Allied Spare Parts and Consumables on the Rig.
To ensure that rig is run within company budgetary Plan
To plan and propose Opex and Capex budgets
To plan and propose the budget for 5 year Class and API certification
Planning and Priorities all job activities of the Drilling and other departments, which directly impact the Drilling Operation.
Proposes optimum technical solutions for the operation and Rig Time saving.
Planning and supervising equipments preparation for impending drilling operations. Supervise the maintenance repair and installation of all drilling equipments.
Participate with the Heads of departments on quality and cost effectiveness of the operation on the Rig and co-ordinate with department heads in daily and QHS&E meetings.
Co-ordinate and assist the activities of third party and service companies.
Mentoring, developing and training crew members for their job and prepare them for the next job level.
