Two Contract Packages Enveloping The Dubai Mall with steel, Cladding, Aluminium and Glass.

Reporting to the Project Control Manager and performing the following responsibilities:

·Developing Base line Schedule based on tender specifications, scope of work and BOQ.
·Establish productivity rates, assign resources, prepare and analyze histograms and S-Curves
·Monitoring the project and updating the schedule, identify main constraints and critical activities, and establish recovery methods in case of delay.
·Co-ordinate with a team of sub contractor’s planners and project managers to acquire adequate and proper information to prepare and update the project schedules.
·Prepare and monitor detailed Design & Procurement Schedules and Micro level programs for construction on site.
·Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly status reports, Matrix and Graphical reports, Key performance indicators and other MIS reports for Management, Client, and Sub contractors.
·Evaluate variation in quantities and scope and incorporate into the schedule to establish claims program to prove Time and cost impact due to MCIs, PMIs etc.
·Plan and coordinate to arrange tower cranes, mobile cranes and scaffold requirement for various subcontractors.
