• Perform all service levels required both XCEED 675 and 900.
• Data / Log Analysis (TechLog, Log Analyzer, DML (Drilling Mechanic Logs) and Survey analysis.
• Troubleshooting minor/major problems and fixing it in required time with 100% SQ.
• Currently the lead technician in XCEED group teaching the junior technicians about the tool as well as good moral character.
• Responsible for ordering parts needed using SWPS and CRM.
• Keeping all records organized and updated.
