12 years of in-depth experience in supervision & inspection of painting coating system; welding & Mechanical inspection of piping and structural works; in oil & gas producing utilities, remote & relief manifolds, Gas gathering manifolds, well heads (oil, gas) Transmission lines, trunk lines & flow lines.

Conversant with corrosion theory, surface preparation, paint system, curing & drying, paint film thickness, procedures and project specification requirements, pipeline coating system, coating inspection methods. Thorough with the material inspection & Identification of materials as per Project specification, Welding consumables, assist to establish required Welding Procedure by organizing Procedure Qualification test, organizing welder approval test, pre, in process & post weld visual inspection to assure the compliance with relevant Codes & standards, arranging post weld heat treatment (if any) and NDT as per requirement

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) passed from Vivek Junior College, Mumbai – India.
• Secondary school certificate (SSC) passed from St. Thomas Academy, Mumbai – India.

• Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) approved QA/QC Mechanical & Painting/Coating Inspector.
• Registered Welding Inspector (Regn.# 3151) by the Welding Institute, Cambridge, UK.
• Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certificate #11037 from the Welding Institute, Cambridge, UK (valid upto 2008).
• Passed BGAS-CSWIP Painting/Coating Grade 2 Certificate # 270, from The Welding Institute, Cambridge, UK (valid upto 27 January 2010).
