maintenance of the Instrumentation on Process Trains, Gas Compressors,Smart Transmitter Technology, and Process Control systems may include ICS, DCS, ESD, PLCs,( SAP ),(CMMS),GTG (Gas Turbine Generators ) maintenance,

-Experience in maintenance of the Instrumentation of Oil and Gas , and Instrumentation at
Utilities , Smart Transmitter Technology, Fire & Gas Detection UV / H2S detector, and Process
Control systems include Relay based logic panels, PLC, SCADA , Honeywell DCS, ESD, fiber optics .
and control and protection of rotating equipment , CCC anti surge control ,vibration system 3500
-Plan and distribute the jobs to staff and organize the permits to work.
-Obtain the required manuals, drawings, spare parts.
-Instruments installation, tuning, calibration and configuration in line with the company standards.
-Faultfinding in control, ESD (Emergency Shutdown systems) including individual loops.
-Installation and finishing of Instruments, fittings, impulse lines, cables and wiring.
- Carry out preventive maintenance along with MWI (Maintenance Work Instruction),
-P&ID and maintenance manuals (if required).
-PLC Programming, verification and trouble shooting using the programming Terminal
- shut down valves, control valves, speed & vibration monitors
-Transmitters & process parameters like pressure, temperature, flow, level etc .
