SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
• Oversee material receiving, storing, preserving, handling and issuing at the site warehouse
• Co-coordinating bagging and tagging of offshore materials, oversee the day-to-day loading and back loading of all materials and equipment order, receipt and dispatch to various operation.
• Document all material movements, including receiving, issuing and reporting any shortage, overage or damage materials received.
• conduct trafficking of offshore personnel in and out of operations, react to reschedule cancelled/delayed flight (Helicopter) or crew boat, communicate changes to passengers.
• Develop necessary material control forms and managed material database for updating, issuing, tracking and controlling of material supplied from warehouse to operations.
• Conduct warehouses inventory audit, identify any stock variance, ensures physical balance agreed with bin card and system records, control and to maintain and monitor optimal inventory levels at all times to meet project requirement.
