 Monitoring of various welding process like GTAW, SMAW, FCAW &SAW. like RT,UT,MPT,LPT,Post Weld Heat Treatment, Sand Blasting and Painting, Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection Test Plan & various types of Quality Control Procedures Pickling and Passivation, Hardness Test, Testing ( Hydro, Pneumatic),Weld Repair etc..
 Preparation of various types of Quality Control Reports and Manufactures Record Book.
 Preparation of consumable requirements as per Norms.
 Reviewing of material test certificates.
 Guidance to Radiography technicians for using correct techniques.
 Interpretation & evaluation of different NDE results according to Codes, Standards and Specifications
 Preparation of Method Statements for special jobs in Equipments and procedures for various NDE and Heat Treatment.
 Evaluation of discontinuities for different type of metals and weld joints by RT, UT, MPI and LPT with respect to the acceptance standards.
 Preparation of repair procedures.
 Proper guidance to welders to control the repairs in joints.
 Inspection (alignment) of Rotary and Static Equipments.
 Mechanical Clearance for loops and testing like Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test, Pad Test, Leak Test
 I S O Clearance.
 Testing & box-up.
