• Reporting to the Finance Manager.
• Managing Day to Day Accounting activities in accordance with the Companies accounting policies and procedures. Responsibile for handling entire accounts from entries upto finalization for Saudi Arabia.
• Assisting the Finance Manager with Monthly-Financials, MIS Reports, Re-conciliation of complete books of accounts, Preparation of Reports, Partners Debit notes, Payables and Receivables, General Ledger Maintenance, Revenue and Asset Accounting etc.
• Dealing with other Consortium business of JACOBS ENGINEERING, attending to queries / needs of local partners and ensuring prompt response.
• Handling Finance Related requirements of Saudi Aramco and other Clients, ensuring they are met immediately with high level of accuracy and neatness.
• Lead, Direct, Evaluate and develop a team of accounting professionals ensuring our activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Coach less experienced accounting staff and help them resolve problems.
• Maintaining cordial relationships with Clients Representatives, Suppliers, Bankers etc.
