I/ Brown & Root-Condor (BRC)

As a project manager:
I’m Responsible for the overall execution and day to day management of EPC buildings and medical facilities projects in accordance with the contract, technical, cost, program and quality requirements. Responsible for all engineering design and technical integrity of the project including in-house and sub-contract design work. Manages and supports the project team to ensure that the key success factors are understood and achieved. I have in charge the approval of all sub-contracts, purchase orders, payments and client invoices; and day to day management of the client and progress reporting to the client.

1.The CNEMPN Project: A medical facility. 22 Millions Contract value.
2.The Petrolium Club Project: 80 Millions Dollars Contract value.

As a proposal manager:
Finalise the over all cost & realization schedule estimation of the project with a clear identification of all the risk, contract prapartion and negiciation and preparation of the PEP.
1.Air space traffic control center (in join venture with Northrop Grumman, USA). Client: ENNA (Algeria). Estimated value: 64 M$.
2.120 offices buildings. Adminitsratives buildings located in Algiers. Client SONATRACH, Estimated value: 22 M$.
3.The SH Center of research. Lcated in Oran, Algeiria. Client Sonatrach. Estmated value fir the FEED 4,5 M$.

As a civil structural engineering: (During TFT gas field development project)
- Design of the blast resist control building, miscellaneous Foundations and structural design.
- Coordination between BRI and CTC (Algerian governmental control office).
- Participation to different civil and structural design training programs.
- Translation of different technical document (Specifications, calculation notes) from French to English and vise versa.
- Control and Approval of structural detailed drawings.
- Coordination between BRI and different subcontractors.
- Quality control of the steel fabrication at fabrication shop.
- Pipe Rack, Horizontal Vessel & Piping supports Foundations design.
- Different concrete and structural steel design.
- Conception and translation of some specifications (Especially the blast resist specification design).
- Adaptation of some specifications to the locals Concrete and Structural steel code.
- Field Supervising and engineer support during the construction phase.

Algiers’s University (USTHB)
Algiers, Algeria
CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER DEGREE FROM HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE UNIVERSITY (U.S.T.H.B, ALGERIA).

II / Engineering Infrastructure Ferroviaire (EIF) Algerian Rail Way Company:
- Design and engineering of: Rail way stations and traffic control buildings. Rail ways & free ways Bridges. Rail way design. Industrial Building (Structural Steel).
- Underground Water Treatment Station.
