Total of around 25 years’ experience in QA/QC Inspection activities & Project management in the field of
Fabrication, Welding, Non Destructive testing, Painting / Coating / Insulation,Expediting of Construction and Installation of Heavy structures, Process Piping, Power Piping, Storage Tanks, Onshore & Offshore Pipe line, Hydro testing and Commissioning of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery Projects. Having experience as Client, In the Third Party Inspection, Contractor QA/QC activities of Oil & Gas Projects.

 Having of experience of AUT activities in onshore and offshore pipeline includes, review/verify AUT system verification documents and Inspection Personnel qualification.
 Monitor and verify the work iscarried out in accordance with the approved AUT procedure/ Project specification, Review and witness the AUT calibrations (Cal. IN & Cal. OUT) and as per the Procedures.
 Online Monitoring and Evaluate the Scan result of Girth Welds Using Tomo Viewer and Witness & inspection of AUT, MUT activities, Review of AUT, MUT Documents.

 Experience on Client / Third Party Inspection / Contractor QA/QC activities, NDE and Vendor/Welding Inspection for Oil and Gas Projects as per appropriate international codes and standards.
 Hands on Practice: Various painting / Coating, visual inspection of abrasive garnet, grit, metallic shot & grit, blasting/ painting / coating by using following measuring instruments: Whirling Hygrometer, Dew Point Calculator, Digital thermometer, Testex Tape, Testex Surface Profile Gauge, Magnetic Steel Thermometer, WFT & DFT Gauge, Kenatator Comparator Torch Surface Profile Gauge with Disc, Orifice Gauge, Hypodermic Needle Gauge, Holiday Detector, Wet Sponge Pin Hole Detector, Chloride Detector SCM 400 Salt Tester, P.I.G destructive gauge, Dolly test, Peel Strength Gauge, hardness gauge & impact test etc.
