Planning Engineer

A Team Leader conversant with Cost and time factors involved in Major and minor capital project with hand on experience in Planning & Cost control. Systematic and methodical in approach, Plan & Organize task systematically,

Preparation of Project Schedules, Preparation and updation of weekly progress reports, Monthly reports, (using the software like Primavera, Project Schedule, Physical Progress and MCPR) based on the site progress information.
Communicate and Co-ordinate with the Execution team to cross check and ensure the smooth running of the activities as per the specified Targets and Schedules, if any delay, variations or difficulties to achieve the Target, provide the timely alarm to the Execution crew to highlight were they are deviating from the specified Targets .
Interfacing with Engineering & procurement Department to expedite material and engineering drawings for the smooth running of the scheduled activities.
Attending Weekly Meeting and raise problem areas encountered in implementation to the Steering Committee.
Preparation & implementation of detailed plans for the activities to monitor the Project progress in Micro levels

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Diploma in Project Management.

Familiar with Software like, Primavera Project Planner, Expedition, MS Project, Auto CAD, MS Excel, Word, Power point etc. Under gone Training for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
