Nature of work Experience
Assisting QA/QC Manager in preparation and approval of site working procedures & co-ordination with consultants for various activities. Conversant with International standards/codes, Saudi Armco engg. Standards/specification, Isometric/ P &ID drgs.Preparation of WPS, BPS and conducting PQR, Welder qualification test as per ASME-IX, AWS D1.1 & API-1104. Conversant with various welding processes i.e. GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW, FCAW (Semi or automatic), SAW (Automatic).Hands –on Inspection of welds using various measuring Instruments & inspection methods. Involved in piping installation of A/G and U/G utilities of CS, LTCS, Low alloy steel, Stainless steel, Duplex Stainless steel (DSS) & Copper etc.Involved in Hydro-test, Leak Test, Gravity Test, Pneumatic Test, Smoke Test, Vacuum Box Test & Oil- Penetrant as per project specification. Preparation & review of Hydro- Test packages, Punch listing, and ASME scope of documentation.Liasion with ASME authorized Boiler Inspector for Quality Inspection at stages viz. QC Supervision for NDT, PWHT as per project QCP/ITP& applicable codes/standards. Inspection on site/ shop at various vender facilities for project work as required. Participation in internal Audit along with Nominated Internal Auditor. Conducting Tool –Box meeting to educate welders and fabrication personals to make them aware about achieving Quality by using approved procedures and standard practices.¬

Academic Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

Technical Qualification : AWS-CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
ASNT Level-II in Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
ASNT Level-II in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
ASNT Level-II in Radiographic Testing RT)
