Professional Experience
(A) Project Management and Control :-
Take the lead role of overall management of project, Ensuring successful completion within the time frame and budget allocated, as well as meeting all technical requirement, terms and conditions of the contract.
The activities inclusive of project control and coordinate of mechanical design, materials procurement, and delivery. Project schedule monitoring and cost control. Manpower management and tools control for shop fabrication, equipment delivery and logistic.
Site works inclusive all mechanical equipments installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance work and plant shutdown in all oil and gas field and other aspects of engineering field.
Responsible for manpower handling and site coordination works and also performing procedures, test programs, and inspection packages.
Worked closely with all other concerned parties to ensure quality, safety and project implementation schedules are met.
(B) Expediting and Inspection :
(i)
1. To expedite and monitor at vendor workshop, and confirmed the receipt of sub-ordered material.
2. To monitor, control, coordinate and confirmed of the fabrication activities as per schedule.
3. To communicate, coordinate for the equipment inspection or final inspection (witness / hold point) with 3rd party / AI and etc
4. To coordinate and confirmation of equipment final delivery date.
5. To expedite and confirmed for all outstanding action points have been taken and complete.
(ii)
1. To review vendor’s welding procedure and specifications, to ensure client’s specifications or code compliance.
2. To Inspection of sub-assemblies and finished items for appearance, workmanship, dimensions, surface conditions and operability.
3. Witnessing of any and all required tests strictly in accordance with approved drawings, procedures and specifications.
4. Witness of any required testing, to ensure that the finished items comply with the approved procedures and specifications.
5. Final inspections prior to dispatch which may include, but not be limited to, cleaning, coating, packing and marking of equipment, review of vendor final documentation dossier. (prior to approved for the IRN, if any).
