Career Objective
To provide efficient sales administration support to Sales Engineers and to understand the oil and gas industry technical aspect of upstream and downstream work.
Professional Experience
Prepare quotations, order processing and corresponding with customers and suppliers to ensure correct specifications, prices, delivery terms, proper documentation (eg. Material mill certificates, QA/QC procedures, as-built drawings), etc.
Project Execution eg. Expediting, Follow ups, Coordination of Work and Invoicing Milestones Payment.
Prepare monthly inventory status and monitor product turnover, manage and maintain to current.
Liase with suppliers and Companys Logistic Supervisor to arrange with freight forwarders for timely/desptach of local and overseas-confirmed orders.
Prepare As-built drawings for orders for customer to approve before fabrications of products.
Assist Sales Managers with sales presentations, sales meetings and sales training materials.
