Achievements:
•Supervision the fabrication and welding works of (pressure vessels & pipelines & distillation towers & heat exchangers).
•reviewing the welding parameters and procedures for all welding works.
•doing suitable Visual inspection for welded joints
•reviewing all applicable drawings for fabricating pressure vessels and pipelines.
•Supervision the teamwork through welding works in projects that being inside or outside the company &in workshop & in site).
•Supervision several types of welding processes like (SMAW, TIG, MIG, SAW)
•Supervision manufacturing of several types of heat exchangers such as (U tube, air cooler, condensers, floating head, fixed head ).
•Aware of international codes and standards used for fabrication and welding (ASTM, API, ASME, ANSI, AWS, TEMA).
•Supervision the heat treatment processes like post weld heat treatment of carbon steel & chromium (for pipelines and pressure vessels).
•Prepare maintenance plans for every machine used in Workshop like (lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, shaping machines, rolling machines, etc).
•Supervision maintenance plans and ensures that are applied in correct way.
•Supervision maintenance teamwork and ensure that they understand the maintenance program and they apply it in correct way.
•Supervision maintenance works of several types of valves (safety, relief, globe, butterfly, gate, etc).
•prepare the purchase demands of raw materials and machines that used in the manufacturing or welding like (sheets, pipes, electrodes, .etc) according to standards and codes.
•prepare technical reports for the bids that concerned with purchasing the raw materials or machines used in workshop according to standards and codes.
•controlling the cost of previous works, managing the contracts achieved in the company.
