¡ñNew product introduction such as checking the customer BOM, assembly drawing, X and Y data. Coordinate with the customer if found some discrepancy on the customer documents
¡ñGenerate Process Control Plan ( PCP ) to all new products
¡ñGerber data extraction.
¡ñResponsible for EBOM approval.
¡ñPrepare and generate work instructions from SMT to Postwave station
¡ñResponsible on new product evaluation from SMA to Postwave station
¡ñPrepare all necessary documents for First Article ( FA ) run for new project
¡ñMake FA report and send to the customer for approval
¡ñResponsible to give analytical countermeasures in low yielding station and customer complained.
¡ñCoordinate with production and quality department to improve the efficiency and quality
¡ñGenerate cycle time for every new product
¡ñResponsible in generating the Process Change notification ( PCN )
¡ñConduct training to Engineering staff and production operator for new products
¡ñInitiates SMA Engineer and Technician training for process improvement
¡ñAssist and explain the process control plan to the auditor during customer audit
¡ñKnowledgeable on IPC standard class I, II and III
¡ñKnowledgeable on FMEA, SPC and CPK
¡ñConduct buy-off for new machine, jigs and fixtures
¡ñLine and manpower balancing
¡ñResponsible in preparing all machine parameters for new product especially reflow and wave profile specification
¡ñMachine program optimization
¡ñResponsible in Yamaha mounter machine overhauling
¡ñMachine Installation & Set-up
¡ñMachine Programming, Test & Debug
¡ñOptimize machine program for a higher output
¡ñConduct Preventive Maintenance
¡ñTroubleshoot & Repair minor & major problems such as: mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, software and hardware related problems
¡ñReplace ball screw & linear guide if necessary
¡ñReplace all kinds of motors and re calibrate machine
¡ñSoftware installation for machine application software and windows operating software
¡ñHandle machine evaluation for product application
¡ñUpgrade the current machine software application to a latest one
¡ñStrong background on AOI application and excellent skills on programming and fine tuning.
