I am mechanical engineer graduate with 15.5 years (7.5 years in overseas + 8 years in India) experience in construction field of various projects (refineries, power plant, gas plant and chemical industries)Oil and gas ,Onshore , Offshore. Worked as a Construction Engineer-Piping (test package preparation, punch list preparation, pressure test inspection, reinstatement, preparation of final dossier).Experience in piping fabrication, installation, inspection and testing. Familiar with codes and standard analyzing document specification solving the field technical issues. Ensuring the project quality requirements and the contractual obligations, managing the resources and allocation for the work completion and the target to be met, organizing the work for teams. Monitoring &reporting of actual progress, preparation of pretest method statement. Validating project related performance done by others. Interfacing with client and subcontractor, monitoring project activities and of technical or financial or delay risk assisting from construction to commissioning and completion feeding to concerned department for system improvement focusing to ensure HSE in all activities ,developing the skills of the work force, demonstrated ability to work with multinational teams.
