Project Planning & Control • Preparation of requirements of the Project in terms of Manpower, Machinery and Technology • Engineering & Procurement Co-ordination, Budgeting, Planning & Scheduling of Projects.

• Working as an Assistant Manager (Planning) With M/s ESSAR CONSTRUCTIONS (INDIA) LIMITED since December 2004 till date. The Company on EPC basis is executing BHARUCH JAMNAGAR PIPELINE PROJECT for GUJARAT STATE PETRONET LIMITED. Lying of 107.870 Km long 30” Dia onshore pipeline.

The Company’s scope of work involves Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Pipeline.

Job Profile: Regular Co-ordination with Client, Consultant & Contractors for successful completion of the Project. The job involves review of technical documents, certification of all reports, Preparation of requirements of the project in terms of manpower, machinery & Technology, Engineering & Procurement co-ordination, Budgeting, Planning & scheduling of the project, Project control & cost control of the project, Projection, Allocation & Monitoring of manpower & equipment, Execution as per schedule. Checking all the bills of sub-contractor and forwarding to Accounts department, making of daily progress report, weekly progress report, monthly progress report, ISO implementation and documentation, Controlling of all the documents and keeping a record. SAP- Purchase requisition.. Regularly arranging meeting with all departments for the awareness of ISO. Co-ordination with all the departments to implement ISO.

• Worked as a junior Engineer (Planning) with M/s ESSAR CONSTRUCTIONS (INDIA) LIMITED, since December 2004 till date. The Company on EPC basis is executing project for Bharuch Eco-Aqua infrastructure Limited–(Subsidiary of GIDC) Laying 9.5Kms long 32” Dia. Offshore pipe laying job in Arabian Sea (Gulf of Khambhat).
Job Profile: Regular Co-ordination with Client, Consultant & Contractors for successful completion of the Project. The job involves review of technical documents, Inspection of pipe manufacturing activity, Internal and External Coatings, Execution as per schedule. Preparation of India’s only Pipelaying barge by designing & installing suitable Pipeline Tensioner & Rollers. Trenching, Excavation & related shore preparation activities. Preparation of requirements of the project in terms of manpower, machinery & Technology, Engineering & Procurement co-ordination, Budgeting , Planning & scheduling of the project, Project control & cost control of the project, Projection, Allocation & Monitoring of manpower & equipment.

Education

• B.E. Aeronautical with specialization in maintenance from The Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi. (62%)
• Diploma in E-Commerce from Graphic Era Institute of Technology.
• H.S.C. from Shree Gattu Vidhyalaya, Ankleshwar. (50%)
• S.S.C. From Swami Vivekanand English Medium School, Ankleshwar. (62%)

• Checking out the Resources Deployment (like Manpower & Machinery) as per the requirement of Master Schedule.
• Finalizing total numbers of fronts to be opened to achieve the scheduled target.
• Finalizing the subcontractor and dealing with them as a coordinator to achieve the required progress maintaining the quality standards.
• Coordination of day to day construction activities.
• Chalking out the catch up plan if delayed to meet the schedule.
