Professional Experience
Independently handled 4 Crude oil gathering centers for troubleshooting of day to day instrument process control problems and minor, major survey of plants and equipments. Involved in pre- commissioning, commissioning of various projects.
Leading a team consist of 12 instruments Technicians & 3 fitters for carrying out corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance & planned preventive maintenance.
Hands – on experience in Honey well, Foxboro IA series & Rosemount RS3 DCS for troubleshooting of instrument loop problems, tuning of control loops, diagnosing of faults from the event history, minor configuration changes, etc.
Worked in HIMA and FSC PLC based plant ESD system and able to check logic monitoring, forcing of I/O’s, corrective maintenance of hardware problem like replacing I/O modules, central process units, power supply units etc.
Involved in preventive and corrective maintenance of GE Fanuc PLC based fire & gas monitoring system like calibration combustible gas detectors, UVIR fire detectors.
Trouble shooing of PLC based (FT-50) Cooper Besimmer Engine management system, Excel -250 PLC based Ruston turbine control system like loop checking, startup problems etc.
