Hands on Experience on Cisco multi-Service routers, Switches, firewalls, VPN Connectors.
Strong Knowledge of OSI/TCP/IP Layer and Protocol Suit, Microsoft Active directory
Internet web Proxy firewalls domain administration, system support and Trouble shooting
Well aware of System Security Threats like Virus, Worms and Protective actions taken these Threats.

Hands on Working and Troubleshooting experience of IT and and Office Application like MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Flash etc,

I have to provide technical support to end users and install hardware such as PC, Printers and Scanners standard office packages ensuring the end-users are able to effectively use IT facilities.
I am controlling the SABRE System (Reservation and Ticketing System), BRS (Baggage Reconciliation system), Affinity System (Cargo system), CRT (Medical System), Payroll systems, Stores system, AIMS (Airline Information Management Systems) Crew Scheduling and planning systems, aircraft movement control systems, Time management system TMS, Lotus Domino/Notes(E-Mail System), HAJJ System of PIA and all other Web Based Application system used by the Pakistan International Airline

Escalate unresolved problems and issues with the higher IT Management enabling them to take necessary actions to find necessary actions to find solutions.
