• Responsible for preparation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) planning, scheduling & control of the project as per contract, plans & specifications.

• Conduct weekly meeting and discuss the potential delays that affect the progress.
• Prepare and update weekly manpower report for close monitoring of manpower status direct and indirect.
• Prepares Daily Construction Activity report, 2 Week Look-Ahead Schedule, Weekly Progress report as per planned schedule, Monthly Progress Report.
• Coordinate with other department through briefings and conferences as the works progresses.
