The main activities:

• maintenance of the instrumentation and automation equipment, that is :
: Deltabar PMD 235, Prowirl 72, Promag 50 (made by Endress&Hauser) and Sitrans P III series.(made by Siemens) for measuring of the flow of the fluids (water, gases, steam) with transmitters, based on differential pressure principle with orifice plate, on Vortex principle, ultrasonic and electromagnetic .
Cerabar PMC 45 transmitters for measuring of the absolute pressure
Levelflex, for level measurements with guided level radar for continuous level measurement in liquids, and Prosonic FMU 60 ultrasonics level measurement.
Temperatures measurements by thermocouples and resistance thermometers with head transmitters iTemp 84 .
For programming and calibration of these devices is used the software package FieldCare provided by Endress&Hauser
ABB analysis system ( Advance System Optima that includes Uras 14 and Caldos gas analysers) for measuring
the concentration of gases like carbon monoxide and hydrogen .
Auma Electric and Sipos Aktorik multiturn actuators with actuator controls for the operation of industrial valves
Sipart DR 19 Controllers for industrial process controlling
Simatic 400, programmable logic controller configured and programmed by Step 7 software package.
For data exchange at control and field level with distributed devices is used the communication protocol Profibus DP

▪ Commissioning of new iinstallations and of those which have been repaired at blast furnace plant in Arcelor Mittal Galati with the responsibility of supervising the compliance with the projects and the good delivery of the materials

▪ In 2007 I collaborated with IRCA Global Company on Mittal platform , with the purpose of trying to asses and eliminate the work risks and to improve safety labor and the people’s behaviour; for which I got an accreditation certificate.

2006 :
Graduated of post-graduate course at Siemens Training Center -Erlangen :where I was trained in software compatible with programmable logic controllers Simatic 300, Simatic 400 :
Step 7, PCS 7, work with Step 7 blocks (function data block/ statement list )
