i am a BE graduate from REC,india and having CSWIP-3.2 certified inspector with ASNT LEVEL-II in RT/UT/PT/MT.hAVING EXPERIENCE IN ONSHORE AND OFFSHOR PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION AND OIL AND GAS PROJECTS.
Professional Experience
Familiar with various Materials of Construction used in Petrochemical, oil and gas Industries.
Preparing check lists, schedules for Inspection / NDT based on operating conditions and fluid handled.
Inspection of Incoming materials in stores by conducting suitable NDT
Identifying various NDT consumables required for regular inspection and shutdown activities and making correspondence with vendors.
Presently i am Responsible for QA/QC of Sub-sea Manifolds engineered and designed by Vetco Gray (A offshore arm of GE) for Tombua Landana Manifolds and Kizomba C Manifolds for Chevron and Exxon. The manifolds are designed to operate at 900 M below sub-sea with material involving 22 and 25% Cr duplex steels piping and S355 J2 for structures designed to ASME B 31.8, B31.3 and AWS 1.1.
