Job responsibilities:
Ħ Handling day-to-day Business Correspondence.
Ħ Attending Telephone Calls.
Ħ Handling Export Enquiries: Prioritizing the enquiries and preparing Quotations, Arranging and sending the samples through courier services.
Ħ Following up the Quotation with the Customer to get it as an Order.
Ħ Coordinating with the Production Department for the each Export order requirements and for the customized orders.
Ħ Checking the physical stock availability of the goods from Finished Goods Department.
