· Process simulation studies using HYSYS, TGNET, TLNET, PIPEPHASE, PIPESIM, FLARENET, FLARESIM and OLGA
· P & ID, PFD Development and process conceptualisation.
· Specialist in hydraulic, surge and various type of transient analysis.
· HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/ Value Engineering Studies.
· Process Conceptualisation, Front End Design and Detailed Design for upstream oil and gas.
· Topside Onshore/Offshore facilities development
· Designing of two phase, three phase separators, flare design
· Glycol based gas dehydration and upstream oil and gas process design
· Crude treatment facilities like heater treaters and desalters
· Preparation of operating manuals for oil and gas facilities.
· Line sizing, equipment sizing, and relief valve and blow down system design.
· Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, performance test and troubleshooting.
· HDPE Plant operation and control in DCS.
· Pipeline application software development, Pipeline product scheduling & optimisation.
· Prepare techno commercial proposal and participate in technical clarification meetings
