• Preparation, develop and implementation of HSE auditing in view of verifying its status against a predetermined audit criteria.
• Conducting a HSE management System audit which includes audit planning, examining and evaluating audit information as well as communication of its results with regards to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001.
• Initiate, Develop, Revise and monitor modern Audit technique(s) that would assist in identifying root causes of incidents. Establish initiating events leading to accidents- causes, circumstances and consequences- which will provide guidance and support to analysis conclusion.
• Develop and apply Hazard evaluation programme and select the appropriate hazard evaluation technique for each process design and operation, to ensure performing high quality hazard evaluation leading to accident prevention.
• Design a performance improvement programme to reduce accident frequency rate and constantly monitor the trend.
• Produce and publish monthly, quarterly and annually safety performance statistics.
• Develop and provide training on audit reporting procedures to all QP employees.
• Evaluate and review the Corporate Accident reporting form and procedure, ensure its adequacy and provide recommendation for implementation
• Lead or Participate in auditing activities, act as independent and unbiased auditor, and contribute to recommendations and conclusion.
• Lead or Participate in technical and safety audits, act as independent and unbiased team member, and contribute to recommendations and observation. Train operation staff and improve their proficiency, in accident investigation and hazard identification
• Establish a database for auditing which includes investigation, covering human factors, machine factors, severity of incidents and environmental factors.
• Develop auditing tool for hazard evaluation programme, select the appropriate hazard evaluation / analysis technique(s) to ensure high quality hazard evaluation / analysis leading to accident prevention and hazard control.
• Conduct periodic hazard identification studies, identify potential accident situations, causes and effects in process operations and provide recommendations for corrective measures.
• Produce hazard analysis documentation in connection with an operation or production, ranging from early design hazard analysis to on-the job safety analysis.
