To acquire a challenging position in the field of Chemical Engineering for utilizing my knowledge & Focusing my attention on continuously developing versatile skills to handle Competition & make it to achieve at work by accepting challenges.

Since 1984, Professional experience in the fields of Petrochemical operation, Chlor Alkali process plant Erection and Commissioning and also Desalination plant by Reverse Osmosis covering the following:-

• Process Engineering activities, Technical co-ordination with Technology suppliers, Plant operation, evaluation of alternate Technologies, preparation of Basic Process package, Operating Manual, Start-up and commissioning of Chemical process plants, and involved in HAZOP Studies.
• Project engineering activities: Project execution covering and co-ordination with various Engineering disciplines during the execution. Supervision of Civil works like foundation for tanks, equipments and storages and erection of critical equipments, Pre-commissioning, performance test and Critical plant start up, handing over of the turnkey installations.
• Technical Services activities including monitoring of plant performance, process study for de-bottlenecking and quality improvement, preparation of management information Report, Technical Audit, production planning and inventory control, Technical support for marketing of products and by-products.
• A General Plant Management activity includes controlling Raw materials consumption, Production - Planning, Maintaining and control the quality of product, raw materials to achieve targeted production.
• Construction activities: Involved in construction and commissioning for
o Polyol plant at UB Petro Product at Chennai in 1989.
o 350 TPD Brine preparation unit for M/s Grasim industries Ltd, MP state in 1993
o 100 TPD Chlor Alkali, Gross-Root plant for m/s Ashok Organic Ltd, Gujarat in 1994.
o 100 TPD Chlor Alkali gross root plant for Kothari Petrochemicals at Karaikal in 1995.
o 40 TPD Chlor Alkali plant at Fallujah, Baghdad in June 2000

From Yokogawa Keonics –Bangalore.
1997 Training on DCS Operation and Fundamentals at FISHER ROSEMOUNT R/S 3 –
MUMBAI.
2003 Undergone Management Development Program training
For “Return on Investment –ROI” by experts from MERICS at SADAF.
2004 Undergone training to SAP - END USER’S Training for PM
Notification Processing - General & MM Modules at SABIC,
2004 Certificate course in MS Project 2000 at SADAF Al-Jubail KSA
2005 Certificate course in "ISO 9001 & ISO 14001" Auditor training at SADAF
