ľ Gaslift Phases 1 & 2 (Ubit E, J, K, H; Enang B and Isobo A) Projects
ľ Gaslift Phase 6 (Ubit D and F) Projects.
ľ Intelligent Pigging Facilities Upgrade Projects (Phases 1, 2 & 3)

DUTIES:
ƒæ Ensuring that projects are executed within the organization¡¦s best practice of quality, schedule and cost
ľ Coordinating the input of deliverables from other disciplines and groups and ensuring proper alignment between project team members
ľ Managing all aspects of project, including preparation of project documentation, pursuit of funding, management of design, coordination of procurement, monitoring of construction activities and communicating with management and other stakeholders
ľ Participating in Constructability, Design and Risk Reviews during the project phases and ensuring that findings assigned to any discipline are addressed and closed out.
ľ Supporting Cost Engineers in Developing Project Cost and Estimates
ľ Preparing Project Plans and Developing Roadmaps.
ľ Preparing AFEs (Appropriation for Expenditures)
ľ Preparing Schedule Estimate
ľ Preparing Monthly Project Progress Report and correspondences to NAPIMS
ľ Making inputs in the development of Execution Plan
ľ Raising Requisitions for Project Materials; Checking Purchase Order Status and Verifying Cost vs. Quote/Budget
ľ Ensuring appropriate and timely reporting of project progress.
ľ Conducting reviews as appropriate with JV partner (NNPC)
ľ Ensuring that permits, regulatory/statuary obligations and notifications are in place to progress the project.
ľ In conjunction with Design Engineers, monitor and objectively verify the Contractor's efforts in detailed engineering/design, drafting, procurement, and project controls to ensure compliance with project requirements.
