QA/QC Manager/Engineer

My name Engr. Meor Rosazman, Male, 38 yrs old, Malaysian nationality. Having 15 yrs working experiences in onshore and offshore specialized in QA/QC, inspection and auditing. Holds B.Eng (Mechanical), CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector cert (TWI, UK) and Registered Lead Auditor (MRCA). Held high various ranking positions in QA/QC with several well-known international companies such as Shell, Nippon Steel, Saipem, Bechtel, John Holland and Sime Darby etc.
Hands on experienced in the fabrication and installation of oil & gas facilities and working with project engineers and contractors. Have worked as independent in-charge of QA / QC activities for a project.
Able to demonstrates ability to manage Quality Assurance section independently and sound knowledge of systems and related QA procedure. Thorough knowledge of quality assurance, NDT & welding inspection requirements and techniques, clients’ specifications, standards, international standards and legislative requirements.

Holds B.Eng (Mechanical) from University Technology of Malaysia.

Obtained and passed CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector cert (TWI, UK), Registered Lead Auditor (MRCA), Diploma of International Inspection Welding (IIW, EWF)

Thorough knowledge of QA system, NDT & welding inspection requirements and techniques, clients’ standards & specifications, international standards and legislative requirements. Good interpersonal & communication skills. Able to prepare good technical reports. Good communication skills, with the ability to develop effective business relationships both within and outside functional boundaries. Ability to work independently within a multi-disciplined team.
