3years,Commissioning & operation experience as Opt to Sr. Opt of Urea plant of 1550 MT/Day of capacity based on TEC technology Japan .Fully involved in pre commissioning & commissioning activities of the plant till normalization & then worked as field operator at high pressure pumps , CO2 compressor & then Panel operator during normal operation of the plant. Job assigned were panel & field coordination & trouble shooting, operation of centrifuge, crystallizers, CFD, etc.


National Fertilizers Ltd, Vijaipur(Snamprogetti Process, Italy) 18 years experience of operation urea plant, NATIONAL FERTILIZERS LIMITED (A GOVT. OF INDIA UNDERTAKING) as a shift Engineer. Engaged in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of 1310TPD Urea Plants –SNAMPROGETTI OF ITALI.
Experience includes all pre-commissioning activities like line testing, flushing and blowing. Worked with Distillation column, absorption tower steam turbine driven four stages Co2 compressor. High Pressure pump like Ammonia pump, including 8 years working as a panel operator in system like SPEC 200 of FOX BORDCONTROLLERS DCS (BLUE STAR YOKO GAWA) and Centum 3000 DCS (Yokogawa India Ltd.)
At the present level, I am looking after the following jobs: -
1.To run the plant at optimum energy level and to achieve the set production targets
2.To study and suggest remedial measures for de-bottlenecking of the plant so as to run the plant at optimum energy level and to reduce down time of the plant.
3. Shut down planning and execution.
4. Co-ordination with maintenance departments for various maintenance jobs.
5. Experience of 10 to 11major shut down activities like cleaning and checking the performance of heat exchanger and distillation column with help of Tempe ration profiles and passing rate of fluids checking the performance of high-speed rotation equipment
6. Responsible for total plant operation and supervision, optimum utilization of energy and product quality

Teaching experience- I have three years experience of teaching of advance course engineering such as Heat transfer Mass transfer distillation column Fluid mechanics and chemical reaction engineering
