JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Responsible for around 250 PLCs of SIEMENS, MITSUBIHI and OMRON families on both plant C & D.
•Responsible for ensuring proper backups of DCS application software database.
Responsible for maintaining the DCS change control register and updating all DCS documentation.
•Troubleshoots and takes corrective action for DCS failures/breakdowns in order to minimize production downtime.
•Responsible for the Rotary Coal Feeding System provided by PFISTER Germany.
•Responsible for Rotary Kiln Shell Scanner provided by RIYATEK Germany.
