• Preparing tender/Bid catalogue for Client Approval.

June 1998 to August 2006 worked in Reliance Industries Limited. as a Manager, at their Jamnagar Refinery Project.
Coordination with engineering and procurement team from FEED/DD to completion of the project.
Successfully completed the following projects in the Refinery:
Rectification (Reshaping) of 900 mm Ovality of Crude Column Boot Section.
Dome replacement of Crude Column during Dec/Jan 2003 and Oct/Nov 2005 Shutdown. Prepared Shutdown schedule for CDU / VDU.
Field Change Order and Expansion Projects (Aug’99-Feb’02)
Executed projects within specified budgets and cost parameters by preparing S Curves; weekly updation of earn value cost, schedule / cost variance for cost control in project.
Conducting Biweekly meetings with Contractors and Team Engineers to resolve problems.
