Professional Experience
Provide immediate clerical assistance to the Manager / Superintendent / Engineers for the execution of jobs that need urgency, like typing and printing of letters, e-mails, reports, also copying and mail distribution. Responsible for preparation of presentation and different kind of reports (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) using Microsoft Office i.e. MS outlook (e-mailing System) MS Excel, MSWord, MS PowerPoint & MS Access. Involve in the preparation of major plant shutdowns i.e. preparing Job Packages, Barcharts, etc.; and responsible for keeping track of invoices using MS Access database. Create Notification, PR & Service Entry sheet using SAP system and entering of timesheet, leave vacation, deputation and absences thru ESS (Employee Self Services) system. Responsible for updating Intranet or Portal website and yearly budget of the Dept. Entering and monitoring of tubes using Lims system and regular monitoring of Q, I (Quality Incident), A&I (Accident & Incident) and Near Miss Reports. Responsible for filing, controlling, updating and safekeeping of pertinent documents like SOP, P&ID, Audit reports, letters etc.. in accordance with filing list and maintain restricted confidential files in an appropriate manner as directed. Controlled and distribution of keys, stationary, library books and routine checks of the furniture inventory. Responsible for P/M of equipment like photocopy machine, fax, computer etc.
Eductation
Im graduated at the University of the East as Bachelor of Science in Buss. Administraion major in Marketing in the Philippines. And in high school im grated at Holy Family Academy in our Province.
