•Supervise the ongoing offloading of a certain shipment/cargo.
•Make an un-stuffing report for the shipment off loaded
•Receiving shipment/cargo and check the physical condition of the cargo
•Doing the physical count of the shipment received
•Receive the physically counted cargo using RF Scanner and tally from the shipment invoice and from the system
•Pull out materials according to the pick list/order from the client/costumer
•Make Proof Of Delivery for a certain shipment
•Make an stuffing report for a certain shipment to be exported
•Check all the necessary documents for a certain inbound shipment coming from the shipper
•Make an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) for receiving thru RF scanner
•Make a Goods Receipt Notice (GRN) by generating thru the system
•Send the GRN together with all the necessary documents to the client for confirmation of the shipment received
•Make a pick ticket according to the clients order for export thru the system
•Help make invoices, packing list and some necessary documents needed for shipping out certain order
•Shipping out orders thru the system
