ELL HEAD OPERATIONS:

Well Testing, Inspection & Operation of Christmas tree. Flow Line Flushing Job, SSV, & SSSV, storm Choke Operations. Flow line Choke changing, STHP, FTHP, Well Equalizing Well Actuation, Well Maintenance, work over, well Completion, circulation value operation, Expansion Joint Operation, Tubing Hanger Seal Leaking, Back Pressure Value Operation, Gas Lifting, Water Injection, Chemical Injection, PIG Launching & receiving, inspection of pipelines for leakage & puncture. Well Annulus Pressure Bleeding, safety value testing, lower and upper Master value, wing value, Arm Value, Adjustable choke & crown value operation. Well opening, closing operation & Trouble Shooting etc.

Oil and Gas Gathering Stations:
Operation and control wells through different headers for optimum production. Oil manifolds, gas lift manifolds, surge tanks, separators (Two/three phase), dehydration tanks, water disposal pumps, crude transfer pumps, chemical injection, and gas/oil line pigging operations, well testing.

Gas compressors, inter-stage scrubbers, gas treatment, glycol contractors, glycol regeneration unit, gas export, routine sampling of oil, gas, and glycol & condense. Isolation & de-isolation of equipments, vessels & tanks for maintenance. Gas testing, mechanical and electrical isolation procedures and co-ordination with maintenance crew, troubleshooting and reporting.

Offshore Production:
Well experienced in offshore production installations and rigs. Well testing, well completion, well actuation, choke and kill manifold, start up and shutdown procedures, control room operations. Emergency procedures, water injections, gas compression, oil shipment, chemical injection etc.

YEAR 2004: Bachelor of engineering (MECHANICAL) with first class
