Have Knowledge of preparation of Plot plan, Equipment Layouts, Piping GAD, Tank farm Layouts, and Piperack Layout.
· Knowledge of preparing Isometrics as per the Piping layout; preparing of Tendering MTO, Intermediate (Bulk) MTO and final MTO.
· Have Knowledge of preparation of Piping class specification, Valve Data sheets and Special
Part Data Sheets; well versed in reading P & ID, Hook-up Drawing.
· Familiar with Piping Supports, Pipe wall thickness calculation, Miter Bend & RF-Pad
Requirement calculation, International Codes like ASME, ANSI, and API.
• Knowledge of Sub System Limits and boundaries
• Knowledge of Mechanical Completion work packs and hand over
• Knowledge of Piping Hydro Test Packs with an emphasis on reinstatements
• Knowledge of materials take offs (MTO Procedures)
Eductation
