Directly reporting to the President
Worked with; Participate in the review and preparation of annual manpower plans. Designs, controls, directs and coordinates manpower and organizational planning activities during the strategic expansion phase of an organization. Collect and verify manpower data and prepare statistical reports and analysis. Liaison with the Executive and Line Management concerned in identifying and monitoring the manpower plans and needs such as the implementation of the Backfilling approach for the resource planning, planning and implementation of the mobilization targets and Maintain and update Company organization charts. Advises management on development of future organizational issues, coordinates the preparation of annual manpower budget, succession plans, and manpower reports. Performs core competencies in Organization Structure, Analyzing Human Workforce Requirements, Program Allocation and Control. Manages Manpower & Organization (MO) functions including Organization Structure; Organizational And Manpower Standards; Manpower Resources, Manpower Data Systems, Competitive Sourcing.
Participate in the review of Annual Performance Management, Analyze the summary of performance evaluation reports received from Executive & Line Management. Implement according to the approved budget & force ranking guidelines. Review & Analyze employee's salary and Grade Structures from time to time, Analyze the salary levels & Review recommendations based on internal equity, criticality of the position, significant contribution of the employee and external market competition. Assist in establishing wage and salary structures, total rewards in compensation and benefits to become more competitive and attractive base pay augmented that compares favorably with the best global private and public institutions. Participate in the review of job descriptions and update from time to time based on the latest weight of the current accountabilities.
