Scope Of Work:
• Handling plant operations of CRU (Catalytic Reforming Unit), NHT (Naphta Hydrotreating Unit), C6 Isomerization Unit and DHT (Distillate Hydrotreating Unit).
• Performs plant and equipment commissioning, start-up, shut down and turnaround activities and maintains normal operating conditions as per procedures.
• Performs all safety equipment routine checks to ensure availability i.e.; SCBA, eyewash, fire fighting and equipment and etc.
• Respond to the operational upset and plant emergencies and make necessary process adjustment and shutdown action.
• Records and maintain log sheets, activities log, equipment history, checklist and performs shift hand over.
• Prepares equipment or area for safe handing over for maintenance jobs and prepare Permit To Work (PTW) for approval.
• Collect sample for analysis and performs field analysis as and when required.
• Perform and evaluate on-the-job training of new trainees assigned to my area.
• Act as First Line Fire Crew during fire and emergency.
• Act as First Aider Crew during fire and emergency.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the Plant.
Special Experience
• Familiar with Start-up & Shutdown Unit (NHT, CRU, DHT, C6 Isomerization, CCR).
• Familiar with the operating Waste Heat Boiler in CRU (included start-up and shutdown).
• Involved in Turnaround of PSR 2 for NHT, CRU, CCR, C6 Isom and DHT. Basically this position to prepare the unit (included shutdown, drain out, steaming, N2 purging, level explosion limit checking) before handover to cleaning activities & oversees progression of turnaround.
• Act as 1st field operator during unit upset or trip.

• As a leader for Debutanizer Chloride Treater ABSORBENT CHANGE OUT activities in Catalytic Reforming Unit
• As a leader for Net Gas Chloride Treater ABSORBENT CHANGE OUT activities in Catalytic Reforming Unit
• As a leader Line-Walk to update PNID.
• As a coordinator for Recovery plus mini shutdown.
• As a shift leader for First Aider.
