Professional Experience
•Reviews the processes periodically, effects changes and recommends revisions to IMS.

•Identify, develop, propose and implement as appropriate policy and procedure improvements for the Department, in order to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the warehousing operation and storage facility are maintained and the highest operating standards are achieved.
•Ensure the effective planning and coordination of warehousing operations activity with key production process activities e.g. maintenance and shutdown in order to ensure continuous integrity of on site goods and material supply.
•Managing & controlling the Warehouse operations, receiving, handling, storekeeping, issuing, internal delivery & managing the storing of Maintenance spare parts, consumables and production consumable items.
•Supervise overall job activities in warehouse operation & execute matters based on the instruction and advice from superiors for the effective functions & policy.
•Study the improvement in warehouse operation and to maintain proper inventory levels.
•Recommend improved strategies and methods for put away, storage, order picking and stock replenishment.
•Deliver continuous service and operations cost improvements.
•Monitor security and implement improvements where necessary.
•Participates in the development of the Logistics policies and procedures.
•Allocating and managing staff resources according to variation of needs.
•Developing the business by analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
