• Supplier's communications, technical clarifications and orders processing.
• Provide technical back up to the sales force in order that the customer requirements are fully met.
• Monitor and control sales force to fulfil our company stated objectives, targets, Equipments forecasting, budgeting and Sales control.
• Prepare detailed quotations, compliance/deviation statements and technical submittal for customers.
• Provide technical and practical advice to the customer on the application and selection of the equipments.
• Offer technical assistance to customers to ensure compatibility between Zahid supplied equipment and others.
• Conduct technical training / presentations / seminars for customers and sales force.
• Assist Service Department on any technical problems and fault finding on Zahid supplied equipment.
• Market survey, competitor's products comparison and evaluation.
• Commissioning, start up, trouble shooting and maintenance of Peerless fire pumps packages with Firetrol Controllers,diesel eng.
