14 years of experience in Onshore Refineries, oil and Gas plants and facilities of the Petrochemical Industry (during erections, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance).

Knowledge and experience in the configuration, Troubleshooting and maintenance of Distributed Control Systems and Programmable Logic Control Systems.

Knowledge and experience of Field Instruments Installation, Dismantle, Calibration, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of Instruments as below: -
Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure: Transmitters, Gauges, Switches, Control Valve and approximatry Switches, Gas detectors and Gas analyzers. Installation of Field JBs, electrical and control panels according to layout drawing.

Secondary School Certificate from Govt. Public High School Wazirabad in 1990.
Technical Qualifications: Diploma of Associate Engineer in Instrument Technology from Sweedish Pakistani Institute of Technology Gujrat in 1994.

I have worked with Multinational engineers such as Chinees engineers, Japanese engineers, German Engineers, American engineers and Arabic engineers in different oil and gas projects during Installation, Calibration, Troubleshooting of field Instruments.

And have worked during loop checking of DCS and PLC systems. And have worked during pre-commissioning and commissioning and shut down the plants.
And have Abilities to read and understand the technical drawings (Layout, P&ID, Isometric, ILD, Leader Logic drawings etc). I have worked on DCS Systems (Yokogawa, Honeywell, Yamatake, Foxboro), and PLC Systems (Omron and Triconex).
Enforcing the implementation of the HSE rules.

1) I have completed the project of PLC’s Revers engineering of Data Acquisitioning System and Control system in Pakistan National Development Organisation under the supervision of my engineers.
2) I have received the outstanding Safety Award from Adnoc gas plant project in UAE.
3) I have taken safety trainings for Electrical; Fire fighting, and CBR.
