Main responsibility:

1.Carry on a sound preventive maintenance program.

2. Trouble shooting of Fuji MICREX PLC, Yaskawa & Siemens automation and drive control system and alternator Model: Engine Caterpillar-3408, Caterpillar-3456 and generator-Stamford capacity of 456 KW.

3. To maintain a minimum downtime time resulting from breakdowns.

4. Repairs, minor installation and replacement.


5. To reduce to a minimum the cost of this maintenance consistent with the above items.

6. Prepared monthly report and submit to chief manager.

7. Corresponding with Foreign Principals on technical matters.

8. Control and organize the maintenance team.

9. Close co-operation with operation department in order to need equipment and schedule requirements.

10. To ensure continuous improvement in the performance and efficiency (Performance Management) of sub-ordinates through motivation, supervision, control & training.

11. To assist head of the engineering department and support his planning, organizing and conducting activities.
